1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

Punishment of the crime

[2013 Highest 1707] Around 18:20 on June 5, 2013, the Defendant filed a civil petition under the influence of alcohol to the Jinhae Police Station D police box located in Jinhae-si C, Changwon-si, and was urged to file a civil petition by visiting the E while drinking from the process during which he belongs to the above police box, he/she was urged to go off his/her clothes to prevent the death and the collapse of the public official from living. He/she refused to go back of the above police box, such as “Is the death and the collapse of the sprink, and the sprink.” He/she refused to go home, and went out of the police box.

At around 18:35 of the same day, the Defendant re-drawed to E on the ground that he did not properly take his horses at the front of the police box, and assaulted E, by hand, such as cutting off the E arms, sprinking the flab, spinginging the flab, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of order in the police box.
