Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. A. On February 16, 2015, the Defendant driven a E Car under the influence of alcohol of 0.111% from a section of approximately 2km from the front of the transmission distance in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to the front road located in the same Gu C, from February 22:47, 2015.
B.
