Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 30, 2019, at around 00:07, Defendant A had the Defendant make a false confession that B had driven a drunk driving on his part of his passenger while drunkly driven CK9 car from the roads near Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to the roads above the Incheon Jung-gu Incheon Jung-gu Incheon, and thus, he would be deprived of his status as a public official.

Therefore, the Defendant made a false statement to the police officer D who is under drinking control at around that time, and made a false statement to the effect that B was making a drunk driving at the Incheon Yeonsu Police Station guard traffic and E office on December 2, 2019.

As a result, the defendant instigated the above B to escape a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

2. On November 30, 2019, around 00:07, Defendant B made a false statement to the effect that Defendant D was a drunk driver, even though the Defendant had not driven a drunk on the roads of the Incheon Jung-gu Incheon Incheon Incheon Central University, and that Defendant D was a drunk driver. On December 2, 2019, Defendant B made a false statement to the same effect as Defendant F in the guard and traffic of the Incheon Yeonsu Police Station and E office.

As a result, the defendant, who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment, had the above A escape.
