A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes in Busan District Court on 8 months, and is currently under probation after the judgment becomes final and conclusive on December 7, 2018.

The Defendant, “2020 Highest 3324,”

1.
