A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2017, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras, Use and Screening of Cameras, etc.) at the Daejeon District Court on April 24, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence in a public prison.

1. On March 26, 201, at around 14:01, the Defendant reported the victim’s body in G located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon-gu, and the short scarke-gu, where he is getting on and off an escalator, taken the victim’s body against his will that could cause a sense of sexual shame by photographing the victim’s body using the Defendant’s cell phone, which is cited in other descendants, even if he saw the finger-gu with one hand, and then taken the victim’s body against the victim’s will.

3. On May 18, 2018, when the victim’s name injured persons, and the Defendant’s wife reported the victim’s sexually female victim in front of the Ising room located in Seo-gu Daejeon Daejeon, Daejeon, on May 18, 2018, the Defendant reported the victim’s sexually influence, using the Defendant’s mobile phone to take pictures of the victim’s inner part inside the inner part of the victim’s body, and during the period from around that time to March 29, 2019, 189 times in total as shown in the annexed crime list.
