Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

(a) No person who has lost a crime shall photograph the body of another person, which may cause a sexual humiliation or sense of shame, by using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his/her will, and distribute, sell, lease, provide, or openly exhibit or show such photographs or reproductions;

On May 23, 2020, the Defendant boarded on the elevator according to the victim C (name, leisure, age 44) in Changwon-si Masan-si B apartment **** in Dong, the Defendant taken the body of the victims who might cause a sense of shame four times in total from that time to June 2020, including taking the victim’s clothes, bucks, bucks, etc., by inserting the victim’s cell camera under the part part of the victim’s body, following the line of the victim’s body, and taking the victim’s clothes, bucks, etc. under the part of the victim’s body.

On June 8, 2020, at around 00:22, the Defendant used the Defendant’s cell phone in Changwon-si B apartment unit D, Changwon-si, the Defendant’s residence, connected the Defendant’s cell phone to “F” in the group hosting (IDE) of the tegrgical recording method (IDE), sent a female victim’s body photograph by the method as described in paragraph (1) from that time until June 22:48, 2020, and then sent the victim’s body photograph to the above group hosting room more than three times in total, such as the table No. 2 or No. 4 of the list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who might cause sexual humiliation or shame by using his mobile phone against their will, and displayed the pictures openly.
