Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who sells livestock products in the course of operating the “D” within the Daegu Dong-gu, Seoul.

No person shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to the origin.

Nevertheless, from June 10, 2013 to July 10, 2013, the Defendant purchased 4,621,720 won 4,720 won, 448 won from the “Korea-U.S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S.

During the above period, the Defendant brought Canadian 10 g of the imported swine cattle 1,490 g of the said Canadian swine 100, 400 g of the said Canadian 22009, 100 g of the said Canadian 2009, 800 g of the said Canadian 2009 (80 g), and sold them by mixing it with the Korean swine 200 g of the said Canadian 2009, and sold them to the 650 g of the said Canadian 100 g of the Canadian 2009.
