Punishment of the crime

On May 1, 2015, at around 23:10, the Defendant driven at approximately 100 meters in a section from the front of the Jeju-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Jeju-do Jeju-do Jeju-si to the front road at the entrance of the non-light market, with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.151% under the influence of alcohol.
