On July 8, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.094% of blood alcohol concentration on July 23:10, 2014, driven B low-end car volume at a section of approximately 100 meters from the front of the flick-dong located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu to the front of the flick-gu Industrial Complex located in the same region.
