If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 16, 2020, at around 00:30 on February 16, 2020, the Defendant driven the EM3 car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.151% from the Ccafeteria in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, to the roads located in D, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.
