A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, along with B, C, D, E, F (each summary indictment on the same day), has intentionally stopped in the “non-light” method, or the left or left-hand turn line, and expressed his intent to claim insurance money from an insurance company in the form of a traffic accident by intentionally claiming the left-hand turn or left-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-on on the vehicle entering the intersection by straightening the yellow signal from the yellow signal.

1. The Defendant: (a) in collusion with F and G on September 2, 2015, in collusion with F and G, and (b) discovered the amount of I driver’s J-and-car car driven by the Defendant at the intersection near the Han-dong, Nowon-gu, Busan District Public Health Center of Busan, Nowon-gu, Seoul, in order to KRW 15:50 on September 22, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 36,725,280 on a total of seven occasions as agreed money, repair expenses, etc., as stated in the attached Table (1) from the victim, who believed that the said accident was caused by negligence by allowing I to receive insurance from the victim K corporation; and (c) received KRW 8,508,670 on a total of seven occasions as agreed money, repair expenses, etc., as stated in the attached Table (1) from September 8, 2016.

2. On October 21, 2016, the Defendant of the Special Act on Insurance Fraud Prevention in collusion with B, L, and D, and discovered a change in the course of the Defendant’s None Star Cargo Vehicles while operating a large park underground car located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, in size of the Defendant’s driver’s H-to-pur vehicle on a B, L, and D on October 21, 2016, and some of the Defendant discovered a change in the course of the Defendant’s driver’s None Star Freight Freight Vehicles while operating it on board B, L, and D, he/she received the said Lone Star Freight Freight Freight Vehicles from the victim to receive insurance insurance from the victim O Co., Ltd., and received KRW 3,784,740 from the victim to May 15, 2017.
