1. The Defendant’s KRW 40 million and the following day shall be 5% per annum from August 6, 2013 to March 11, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

C On June 19, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Plaintiff to purchase the land and building in Seoul Jung-gu as KRW 400 million. The Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff KRW 40 million out of the purchase price by August 5, 2013 does not conflict between the parties.
