Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a school employee under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act who has worked as a school teacher for the second year and seven years at the C High School located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the victim D (17) is a student who was enrolled in the second year and seven half of the above two years.

No defendant shall commit any physical abuse against a person who protects and educates a child without a report on child abuse, which may injure his/her body or injure his/her physical health and development.
