Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 75,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 5, 2014, at around 00:18, the Defendant: (a) driven a C Vehicle in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on a two-lane between the two-lane straight lines in the direction of the gate Station in the direction of the shotburg, Songpa-gu, Seoul; and (b) failed to proceed to turn to the left, the Defendant violated the signal or direction by stopping in excess of the two-lane stop lines in front of the signal signal at the right-hand one lane in front of the left-hand vehicle.
