A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of thirty million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2011, the Defendant sentenced 10 months to imprisonment with prison labor for occupational embezzlement, etc. by the Suwon District Court on October 14, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence at a detention center on July 2, 2012.

1. From October 22, 2013, around 22:00 on October 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was employed as a delivery source in the “Ecafeteria” operated by the victim in Seoul C; and (b) was stolen by the victim’s cell phone 1,50,000 won at the market price on which the victim set up on the table of the said restaurant.

2. Occupational embezzlement;

A. While the Defendant was engaged in the delivery and collection of food at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1), he did not return KRW 85,000,000, which was received from customers, to the victim for the victim D, and embezzled without returning it to the victim.

B. On March 5, 2014, around 08:40 on March 5, 2014, the Defendant, while employed as a delivery source to the “H restaurant” operated by the victim G in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and engaged in food delivery and collection business, he/she embezzled without returning to the victim the amount of KRW 55,000 that he/she received from the customer, and one set of the mobile phone base in the market value of KRW 1,00,000 that was received from the victim for delivery business.

C. At around 13:00 on December 16, 2014, the Defendant, while employed 128,000 won collected from customers as delivery and receipt of food as delivery to the “K cafeteria” operated by the J of the victim J in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, as its delivery and receipt, embezzled without returning it to the victim while he/she kept 128,00 won collected from customers for the victim.

3. Around 09:00 on December 16, 2014, the Defendant driven a LT100 diabs without a license for a motorcycle in approximately 3km section from the front of the said K cafeteria to the front road of the Geumdong-gu Geumdong-gu Geumnam-si Seoul Metropolitan City Gambsong Village.

The defendant of "2015 Highest 77" is a victim who was established in the Internet room at the Busan Dong-gu Mtecom on November 24, 2012.
