Basic Facts

The relevant plaintiff is a company that operates the certification consulting and system development, etc. of the information security management system, and the defendant is a company that operates information security solution development, etc.

The Defendant awarded the following services to the Plaintiff by the Information Society Agency, etc.

(1) The contents of the service: (1) The Information Society Agency’s web site vulnerability diagnosis and mother hacking - contract amount: 3 million won (value-added tax separate) contract period: January 2, 2015 or January 15, 2015 - The date of payment: (2) the details of the service - the diagnosis and mother’s hacking contract for the management website vulnerability - the total contract amount of KRW 1.5 million (excluding value-added tax): the total contract amount of KRW 1.5 million (excluding value-added tax): the information security service contract amount of KRW 1.5 billion before February 28, 2015; (3) the information security service contract amount of KRW 1.5 billion (excluding value-added tax); (4) the information security service contract amount of KRW 2.5 million before December 15, 2014; and (4) the information security service contract period of KRW 1.5 million before December 15, 2014 - the information security service contract period of KRW 205.5 million.

The Plaintiff, while performing the instant service for 12 months, received the payment in 1.5 million won per month in 1.5 million won per month, and provided the service for five months until the end of March, 2015. The Plaintiff was paid KRW 3 million per month.
