1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is a corporation with the purpose of redevelopment and reconstruction removal business, and the defendant is a corporation that runs general waste disposal business, etc.

B. On December 20, 201, the Plaintiff entered into a construction waste disposal service contract with the Defendant on December 20, 201, the removal of the housing redevelopment project and construction waste disposal services contract in the area B of the Dong-gu, Busan (hereinafter “instant service contract”) (hereinafter “instant service contract”), and the main contents are as follows.

1. Name of a service contract: Removal of redevelopment of zones B and construction waste disposal services;

2. Project owner: Defendant;

3. Location of business place: Busan East-gu A.

5. Buildings subject to improvement project: Within the redevelopment project site of housing in Zone B;

6. Period of contract: December 20, 201 to June 30, 2012;

7. Service period: From the date of conclusion of the contract to the date of completion of removal.

8. Contract amount: One hundred and thirty billion won per day (excluding V.A.T);

9. Payment method: The defendant shall pay in cash from the partnership within seven days after the donation is made.

10. Separate prize:

1. Article 11 (Payment of Price) of a copy of a service contract (1) The plaintiff may request the defendant to pay the service price when the plaintiff has passed the inspection to confirm the completed portion of the service or to complete the service.

2. Project owner: Cooperatives of redevelopment and rearrangement projects of housing in Zone B;

5. Contract period: From the date of conclusion of the contract to the date of completion of removal.

6. Unit price amount: 95,000 won/pact.

7. Contract amount: daily sum of KRW 50,000,000 (V.A.T separate) daily sum of KRW 50,000,000 (including V.A.T).
