[Criminal Power] On October 14, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual fraud at the Jeonju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 16, 201.

1. Around June 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) on the grounds that there was no certain source of revenue due to lack of occupation; (b) there was no other property; and (c) even if the Defendant was given a loan due to a situation in which approximately KRW 900,000,000,00 of the Handphone, he/she was unable to pay the loan according to the agreement even if he/she did not have any intent or ability to do so; and (d) made the loan broker believe that it would be possible to pay the loan normally; (b) made the loan to the victim corporation LOF through the loan broker, and then acquired KRW 3,00,000 from the victim to the personal compromise account (D) under the name of the Defendant.

2. On August 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated “I”, “J”, “J” and “I” in the passenger name column in the passenger registration number column, “J” and “I” in the applicant column; and (b) forged one copy of the I’s new application in the name of the private document concerning the rights and duties for the purpose of exercising signature on the signature column; (c) delivered it as if it was genuinely formed to H employee H; (d) exercised it; and (e) obtained the mobile phone single (gallon 3, S94, market value equivalent to KRW 400) owned by the victim F’s owner from H to the “new application form” in the “B” column for the opening of the mobile phone from the F’s operation G located in Y-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

3. Illegal uttering of official document is issued by the head of Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which he/she acquired while filing a new application for a mobile phone at the time and place specified in paragraph (2).
