The defendant shall be exempted from punishment.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and appealed against this, and was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor at the same court on May 2, 2014. On June 30, 2014, the Defendant filed a final appeal with the Supreme Court, which dismissed the final appeal on June 30, 2014.

The Defendant, on his own initiative, has disposed of a mobile phone to a mobile phone lender and had gotten money from the Defendant’s mother to open the two mobile phone in the name of B, as he was permitted to open the mobile phone from B.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On August 7, 2012, the Defendant forged C’s opening documents: (a) stated “B” in the customer name column in the name of the Defendant’s mother, “G” in the resident registration number column, “G H 105/109” in the address column; and (b) stated in the “A, I, and related father” in the “A, I, and related father” column in the “A,” the bank name column, “J” in the “A, number column,” and “C,” and “B” in the “B,” and “B,” and “B,” in the lower end of the application column; and (c) stated in the “B,” the name of the bank name in the “B,” the “B,” the “C,” and the “B,” the date of application for registration in the “B,” and the “B,” in the name of the applicant column and the “B, for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations of the B.

B. The Defendant forged the document forgery of K’s opening at the same time and at the same place as in paragraph (1) above, and forged a new application in B’s name stating “K’s desired number column for opening.”

2. The Defendant submitted two copies of a new application for a mobile phone in the name of B forged to the above E at the same time and at the same place as the above paragraph (1) and held the same respectively.

3. The criminal defendant is guilty at the same time and place as the above paragraph (1).
