Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highly 784"

1. The Defendant is a person operating 'D' on the 12th floor of the C Building in South and North Korea, and the victim E (ma, 66 years old) is a person who is in charge of management of underground parking lots in the above building in the trade name.

On March 11, 2015, from around 12:00 to 17:36 of the same day, the Defendant, at the entrance of the above building underground parking lot from around 12:00 to around 17:36 of the same day, fixed the victim so as not to cut off by using a ice rink to prevent it from getting off, thereby obstructing the victim’s parking settlement by force.

2. On January 29, 2015, at the entrance of the 15:00 Hanam-si parking lot, the Defendant destroyed and damaged the property by cutting off the amount equivalent to KRW 440,00,00 in the market price of the victim management blocking devices (three meters in length) installed at the entrance of the parking lot by the victim E (E, South and 67 years old) who is the parking manager of the said building, received parking fees from the screen golf clubss run by himself/herself.

3. On January 29, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the business, at the parking lot exit exit around 21:00, obstructed the victim’s settlement of parking fees by force by force, by forcing the victim to set off the above blocking machine for about 30 minutes on the ground that the said victim’s parking blocking machine was installed in the parking lot exit exit exit to the customers of the screen golf course operated by him/her and received parking fees, and thereby preventing the victim from collecting parking fees from using the parking lot.
