1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a legal entity that establishes and operates the E Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”), and the Plaintiff is the husband, Plaintiff B, and C of F (G students, death on January 25, 2014, hereinafter “the deceased”).
