A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From December 6, 2017 to July 2018, the Defendant operated “F”, a mobile phone small-sum cashing company, using computers and cell phones E, from July 2018 to October 2018, the Defendant operated the B apartment C in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul, and from July 2018 to July 201, the Defendant operated the “F”, a mobile phone small-sum cashing company using computers and cell phones. From September 16, 2018 to the same birth G (the suspension of indictment on the same day).

1. The defendant's sole criminal conduct;

(a) A person who violates the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. shall not engage in, or have another person engage in, a transaction by means of communications or gold services in excess of the actual amount of sales of goods, etc. or make another person engage in such transaction by proxy, and shall not provide funds by means of discounting purchase of goods, etc. through telecommunications

The defendant sent money after deducting fees when he/she purchased merchandise coupons, etc. using a mobile phone to those who have reported or sent a mobile phone small payment promotional material of a mobile phone using a computer or mobile phone installed in the above F office, and suggested that the principal be paid on the date of payment of mobile phone fees.

From December 6, 2017 to September 15, 2018, the Defendant provided users with a simple statement of settlement, which is commercialized by using mobile phone small-value settlement as shown in attached Table (1), and provided users with funds of KRW 1,565,34,720 in total over 6,280, including the purchase of mobile product PIN number, K capital, LM items, etc. using mobile phone users, who are users of telecommunications in excess of telecommunications, and purchase at discount.

(b) It shall not be processed unless the consent of a subject of information on the violation of the Personal Information Protection Act is obtained or any specific request or permit is made by statutes.

The defendant is a mobile phone from December 6, 2017 to October 2, 2018.
