Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any driver of a vehicle shall not interfere with measuring the load of the vehicle, such as operating devices of the vehicle.

Nevertheless, while the Defendant was driving C freight trucks on the general national highways of Samyang-si, Samyang-si, Mayang-si on August 3, 2017, the Defendant was required to take a measurement of vehicle load from the Jinyoung National Land Management Office.

Nevertheless, from 23:52 on the same day to 00:12 on the following day, the Defendant operated the equipment of the vehicle and obstructed the measurement of the vehicle load of the mobile control source.
