Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around April 5, 2016, entered the expressway by using the cargo-only lane with measuring equipment to measure the exact load, entered the expressway by avoiding the cargo-only lane on which the cargo-only lane with measuring equipment is installed and using the cargo-only lane with the general cargo-only lane (defluence). However, the Defendant, at around 17:23, and around 42-58, entered the expressway by using the cargo-only lane (defluence of measuring capacity) with the cargo-only lane with measuring equipment.

2. The Defendant, who was an employee at the above temporary location, violated the Defendant’s business operation as above.
