Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Notwithstanding the fact that a person who intends to install livestock excreta discharge facilities of at least the scale prescribed by Presidential Decree of 2015, shall report to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment, the Defendant did not report on the installation of livestock excreta discharge facilities, even though he/she raising 30.24 square meters in the area of swine breeding in Busan-gun C around June 9, 2015, 107.3 square meters in the area of swine breeding, 4 malle, 30 malle, 30 mar, 20 mar, 20 mar, but did not report on the installation of livestock excreta discharge facilities.

A person who retires from his/her farmland or recycles for food of his/her livestock on his/her own farmland shall prepare facilities and equipment in accordance with the standards prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment, and report to the Mayor/Do Governor thereon.

Nevertheless, on June 2, 2015, the defendant, without filing a report, raised pigs, chickens, and dogs at his domestic animal breeding facilities located in Busan-gun C, Busan-gun, and recycled food wastes collected from a general restaurant located in the same city located in Busan-gun, Busan-gun.
