Defendant

A is a person who engages in meat packaging business under the trade name of "C" in the Seo-gu Busan.

No person shall mark falsely, advertise or package in an exaggerated manner with respect to the names, manufacturing methods, ingredients, dietitians, quality of livestock products and their packaging.

Nevertheless, around February 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately 32 cm gramgram 100 gram 100 gram 100 grams from the date of manufacture, which was marked on November 6, 2013 (24 months from the date of manufacture, for the period of distribution), from the date of the purchase, at around 14, Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Pilotage Co., Ltd., Ltd., located within 14, Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul; and (b) from then on March 3, 2014, again sealed the above 10 mambling batteries until March 3, 2014, and indicated differently the date of manufacture by marking the manufacturing as if it was manufactured on the date of packing the completion
