The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

Reasons

1. No person who has the gist of the facts charged in this case shall make false indications, advertise in an exaggerated advertisement or package with respect to the names, manufacturing methods, ingredients, nutrients, quality of livestock products and their packaging;

On January 2, 2009, the Defendant: (a) operated the meat packaging business of “D” with the trade name “D; and (b) sold original law equivalent to KRW 135,000 to “E” as the customer; and (c) sold the original law by falsely marking it as “non-heat products; and (d) sold any original law in total amount of KRW 275,201,50 as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached crime list between around that time and September 11, 2013, the Defendant falsely marked and sold the original law as “non-heat products.”

2. According to the records, it is recognized that the defendant, who conducts meat packaging business, has carried the original meat packaging business into a stove in order to remove the hairs of the original meat supplied at the Do fraternity and has delivered the original meat to the restaurant by packaging one math of the original meat.
