Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 21:40 on February 22, 2014, the Defendant insultd the victim F, who was a police officer, without any reason, at the vicinity of the Dongdaemun Police Station C police box located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant publicly insulting the victim F, who was a police officer, of the said C police box, by saying, “I saw this ringer, I am her inside, and I am her, and I am her this sar.”

2. The Defendant, in violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, committed an act of disturbance for about 20 minutes by destroying the entrance and exit of the said police box, which was corrected at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), and voiceed to the police officers “this rings killed,” and committing a disturbance for about 20 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, led to a very rough speech and behavior in a public office.
