Punishment of the crime

At around 01:00 on October 12, 2013, the Defendant sexually insultingd the victim by openly 45 minutes of “the victim D, a police officer belonging to the Ansan Police Station C police station, who was under the influence of alcohol in front of 01:0, on the ground that he received a report that he would not pay the taxi expenses, and asked the victim D, who was a police officer belonging to the Ansan Police Station C police station, who was dispatched to the scene, did not pay the taxi expenses to the Defendant.”
