1. The Defendant’s KRW 44,176,263 as well as the annual rate of KRW 6% from June 15, 2016 to June 22, 2018, and the following.

Reasons

(b) 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week, except for those referred to in paragraph (1);

(2) In principle, the Plaintiff’s recess hours shall be given a total of 2 hours per one hour during middle-term hours and 30 minutes after midnight, and may be freely used to the extent that it does not disturb the company order and regulations.

Provided, That the rest hours may be appropriately changed in consideration of the State, regions, climate conditions, etc. and may be operated for more than two hours.

B. Of the content of each labor contract concluded on August 23, 2012 and January 1, 2015, 2015; July 1, 2015; December 31, 2015; and May 1, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant are as follows.

Article 4 (Composition of Benefits) (1) Benefits shall be paid by consisting of basic pay and allowances and bonuses.

(2) The basic salary shall consist of 1/20 of the basic annual salary, and the allowances shall be paid in an amount paid according to separate standards, other than the basic annual salary, in accordance with attached Table 1.
