1. The Defendant’s KRW 3,376,142 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 5% per annum from March 26, 2014 to October 28, 2015.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s working period and details of duties of the Defendant Company were employed by the Defendant Company on March 31, 2009, and was in charge of the work of operating a factory at the construction site of the Defendant Company from February 27, 201 to February 10, 201, from February 11, 2011 to June 10, 201, from July 17, 2012 to August 17, 2012, and from July 17, 2012 to August 1, 2013, while serving as the head of the department at the construction site of the Defendant Company.

B. The Plaintiff’s wage under Article 6(1) of the content of the labor contract concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant Company is in accordance with the following standards.
