1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of Cone Star KON 6 Track trucks.

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

On September 15, 2014, around 08:58, the Defendant operated the above vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the road near the entrance intersection of the old village, such as the vehicle located in the Busan Gangseo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City 2-dong airport, etc., and operated the said vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance over 10 times, such as the list of crimes in attached Form.
