A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 3, 2017, the Defendant, at around 15:20, driven the Bpoter, festing-down truck without obtaining a driver’s license from around the 400 meters section from the road near the west-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, to the west-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, and the front road in front of the school.

2. Although the Defendant was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation for Loss, the Defendant operated the B Posp b Posp sp sp sp b sp sp sp sp sp sp

1. The reasons for sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act include the Defendant’s history of serving several times due to drinking alcohol driving or unlicensed driving. However, the Defendant’s mistake is against himself, there is no record of crime exceeding a fine, and the circumstances of the crime, etc. shall be determined by taking into account the circumstances of the crime.
