Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed a vehicle registration number plate in front of the vehicle C at the front of the vehicle C in order to avoid the transit of spirits in the zone where spirits are prohibited in front of the vehicle B of the Mandong-gu, Mandong-gu, Manyang-si on May 25, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant made it difficult to see the registration number plate of the motor vehicle.
