A, B, and C Imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months, and each of them is punished by imprisonment for 10 months, by imprisonment for Defendant F, G, H, J, and K.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who issued sports betting tickets or similar things and predicted the result, or establish a space for gambling for profit.

1. Defendant A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H Violation of the National Sports Promotion Act (Gambling, etc.), Defendants opening gambling spaces, Q, R (Gam), false names, etc., together with the Internet-based gambling sites similar to the “sports soil” of the name “S, T, U, and V” on the Internet at the place where the Internet server is difficult to track the Internet server, and the name-free persons play the role of opening and managing the Internet gambling sites using the Internet at the place where the Vietnam is located, and Q, Q, the role of finding profits in Korea, and R, the overall management of the offices in Vietnam, and the role of Defendant B, C, D, and G, Defendant A, E, F, and H, each of the sports schedule and result at night, and charge cyber money exchange and settlement, in response to members’ requests.

Therefore, the Defendants paid game money to each of the Defendants listed in the separate list of crimes, with Q, R, and nameless winners, and charged with L’s account (Account NumberW) in the name of one bank from the members recruited by the winners of his/her name in the Republic of Korea or Vietnam, and let the members of the said gambling site visit the said gambling site and run in the Republic of Korea and foreign countries, and let the members play the games and play the games in the sports games, such as the axis, camping district, and farming district, and then transfer the same sports betting ticket to the members’ account by means of cash exchangeing the said game money in cash.
