A and B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

provided that this ruling has become final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or financial benefits to persons who issued sports betting tickets or similar things and predicted the result thereof.

The Defendants opened a gambling site, which is a general book for the operation of the gambling site (one name “F”, “G”, “H”) and an illegal sports gambling site, and recruited a part of the amount distributed by members as profits. The team leader managed the team members and reported profits, etc. to I, and the team leader decided to play a role of filling game money in the same amount as the money transferred from members to the site deposit account and exchange them with members.

According to the above public offering, the Defendants: (a) from December 1, 2014 to November 2015, 2015, Defendant A as the team leader from November 2015 to May 31, 2016; (b) Defendant B as the team leader from August 6, 2015 to June 18, 2016; and (c) Defendant C as the team leader from February 23, 2016 to June 18, 2016 to manage the same game money as the company bank (N,O, agricultural cooperative, Q, Korea Bank, its members, its daily member sports, its members' profits, and its funds transferred from the game money to the same game money exchange account as its members; and (d) Defendant C as the same amount of money transferred from the company bank (N), its members, its members, its members, its members, and its funds transferred to the same game money exchange account as its members; and (e) Company C as the same money deposited within the same game money.

Accordingly, the Defendants issued similar things to sports betting tickets in collusion with their names.
