Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Although the defendant was married C, around June 201, the defendant met D and got married as if he did not have a spouse, and maintained the relationship with D with D while driving as if he had no spouse.

However, around December 2011, C became aware of the internal relationship with D and D in the process of hedging, and C had filed a lawsuit claiming damages against D around June 2012 (the Incheon District Court Decision 2012Da50963, hereinafter “instant civil lawsuit”).

In the civil litigation of this case, C argued that D was able to inevitably prepare a marriage pledge submitted by D (a written in the process of demanding a sexual relationship with D as the Defendant was dead and her husband on June 201) in the process of D’s hedging, even though D was aware of the fact that D was the father’s husband, and D was submitted to D.

At around 17:00 on September 4, 2013, the Defendant appeared as a witness in the civil procedure of this case in the court of Law No. 323 of the Incheon Southern-dong District Court located in Nam-gu, Incheon.
