A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

A seized knife (No. 1) shall be forfeited from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. From August 2016, the Defendant, in preparation for murder, committed suicide with C (V, 38 years of age) that came to know with the workplace of the Defendant from around August 2016, he tried to kill the Victim D (V, South, 44 years of age), who was the husband of the said C, to the victim D (the husband of the said C) who was the husband of the said C on July 2017, 201.

On July 31, 2017, the Defendant purchased a knife (27.5cm in total length, 15.5cm in length) for the purpose of using it to kill the victim’s D at the Defendant’s house located in Busan Shipping Daegu E Apartment 101,628, an Internet shopping mall, by accessing the artificial shopping mall.

On August 2, 2017, the Defendant continued to put the upper knife in a bank around 20:00 on August 2, 2017, and continued to find the house of the victim D, which was located in FF B B B B B 201, in Busan Shipping Daegu, and prepared for the purpose of murdering the victim, such as opening the knife door several times, and taking the knife.
