Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From February 2, 2013 to December 31, 2014, the Defendant has been engaged in the management of subsidies, such as air conditioners and heating expenses, for senior citizens center D in Chungcheongnam-nam-gun, and the above senior citizens center has been engaged in the management of subsidies, such as air conditioners and heating expenses, for senior citizens, received from the Gun office.

A subsidized project operator shall faithfully perform the subsidized project with the care of a good manager in accordance with statutes, the details of the decision to grant subsidies, or the disposition of the head of a central government office under statutes, and shall not use the subsidy for any other purpose, and the local subsidized project operator shall faithfully perform the local subsidized project with the care of a good manager in accordance with statutes, the details of the decision to grant local subsidies, or the disposition of the head of a local government under statutes

On November 14, 2014, the Defendant received 872,520 won under the name of the Agricultural Community Center in the name of the said Gun Office (E) from the Gun Office for the transfer of KRW 872,520 from the said Gun Office under the name of heating expenses for the center for senior citizens. On December 10, 2014, the Defendant purchased 350,000 won from the G electronic equipment agency located in Chungcheongnam F, and used 350,000 won out of the said subsidies (including 61,810 won for national expenses, 289,310 won for Do, 289,310 won for Gun expenses), and purchased 200, such as the house heating, etc. of the J in the I station located in Chungcheongnam-gun District, which was located in the Republic of Korea, and used 200,000 won for the purpose of using 350,000 won for the said subsidies (excluding 36,73639,7937).
