A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 2011, the Defendant, along with the person “C” in name, entered the Embatop savings bank located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul Metropolitan City. Around November 201, the Defendant came into the Emba, which is legally managed by the Bank, and entered the said Emba, and then, he prepared six Ebacons with the total market price of 1.2 million won in total, and 5 km in the market value.

As a result, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property jointly with the victim “C” in the name of the Defendant.

2. Larceny;

A. On February 25, 2013, the Defendant came to a “H restaurant” operated by the victim G in Changwon-si Mhappo-si F, Changwon-si. Around February 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the said back glass door by franchising it; and (b) on the spot, two of the five diseases, among the five diseases, in which the sum of the market prices owned by the victim in the air conditioning, was 15,000 won, and (c) cut off with the rest of three diseases.

B. Around February 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a “J” restaurant operated by the victim I located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si F; (b) destroyed the glass windows adjacent to the entrance of the said store, thereby cutting down the fire extinguishers, thereby thefting KRW 2,500 in total, four hundreds of KRW 5,00 per annum, five hundreds of KRW 2,50,000, and fives of KRW 2,500.

C. At around 03:30 on March 11, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victim’s cash 20,000 won owned by the victim who was an employee of the above hospital at the first floor office of the K Hospital in Yongsan-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Ma-si, by taking advantage of the gaps where the victim L, who is an employee of the above hospital, was a graduate, and the Defendant stolen the wall 40,000 won at the market price of the bank in M’s name.

3. On March 11, 2013, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) around 03:44, at the N convenience store in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) the victim’s age credit information company and the cash withdrawal machine managed by the Defendant, as described in paragraph (3) of Article 2, shall include the bank’s e-mail card in the name of M, which was stolen, and three hundred thousand won in cash.
