A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 21:38, 200 won in cash was cut off by inserting 220,000 won in cash, which is located in the seat No. 24 located in the PC 24th floor in Changwon-si, Changwon-si B, Changwon-si; and (b) the victim C was able to take off in cash.

2. On February 6, 2019, around 16:17, the Defendant, at the seat Nos. 43, 77, located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, by inserting 83,00 won in cash owned by the victim E, 1, G card (100,000 won), 1, and 1, a library card, and 30,000 won in market price, which is located in the library card.

3. On February 8, 2019, the Defendant: around 18:37, 200 won in cash, 230,000 won in cash, resident registration certificates, driver’s license, student certificate 1, G card 1, G card 1, and J card 1, which are located on the part of the victim I, was cut off by inserting the knick-type 100,000 won in the market price.

4. On February 8, 2019, around 21:54, the Defendant, at the seat No. 129 located in K 4th of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant: (a) stolen the cash of KRW 300,000, identification card 1, and Ma card 100,000, in the market price on which the Defendant 1 copy of the card m card livekeded the victim’s L; and (b) stolen the Defendant by taking the Defendant’s hand in the seat No. 129.

5. On February 10, 2019, at around 00:59, the Defendant: (a) cut off the cash of KRW 44,000, 200, 3, and point card 1,000, the market price of which includes one set of the point card, which is 100,000, in the “N” bank located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si H, Changwon-si, by inserting the hand, thereby cutting off the victim’s PC.

6. On February 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 21:06, on the seat No. 73 in Changwon-si Mucompo-si D, the victim O is seated.
