A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. At around 01:00 on March 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened an unrectable door at the International Institute of Research in Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu, Seoul; and (b) intruded into it; (c) shouldered the glass door of the Jho Lake counseling room, Khoh lecture room, and Lhoh lecture room; and (d) took a 2,000 won in cash owned by the victim and stolen it.

B. At around 03:30 on March 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened and intrudeed an unrecepted glass window on the O real estate located in Seojin-gu N in Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu, Seoul; and (b) abused the market price of the victim P on the office’s book with KRW 700,000,000 and KRW 50,000 in cash.

C. On March 22, 2019, around 02:09, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded the corrective glass entrance in Q, and opened it; (b) maintained approximately KRW 1.50,000,000,000 in cash stock owned by the victim S, which was located on the second floor of the central head of the office.

At around 04:00 on March 31, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened and intrudeed an unrecepted glass hold; and (b) stolen it with the Defendant’s imprisonment without prison labor equivalent to KRW 40,000,000 in the market price, which includes approximately KRW 30,000,000 in the case of the victim V owned by the cafeteria.

E. At around 00:30 on April 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) removed and intruded a non-Correctioned glass window from a X restaurant located in Seojin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) cut off the victim’s Y-owned franchise amounting to KRW 6,00, and KRW 22,500, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 28,50,000; and (c) stolen it.

F. At around 03:00 on April 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened and intrudeed an unrecepted glass window in the Youngjin-gu Z; (b) placed in the real estate office, and stolen the ownership of the victim AB; and (c) placed in the real estate office, with 3,000 won per annum and 2,50,000 won per market price.
