【Criminal Facts】

On June 6, 2014, at around 01:00, the Defendant committed the act as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the drinking value to the victim E, the above main point, but did not pay the drinking value to the victim E, and the Defendant acquired it by receiving a total amount of KRW 3.50,000 from the victim, which is provided with the c.50,000,000 from the victim.
