A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The victim C Bill of Indictment is “F” but it is obvious that it is an error.

3. On February 11, 2014, at the main point of “L” operated by the injured party J on the 1st century, Jung-gu, Busan, the Defendant: (a) expressed the attitude that the injured party would normally pay the drinking value, etc. to the injured party while having no intent and ability to pay the drinking value, etc. to the injured party; and (b) ordered alcohol and alcohol.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received delivery of 365,00 won in total and 365,000 won in the market price of the victim’s possession from the victim’s position.

4. On February 17, 2014, the criminal defendant against the victim M did not receive any money from the victim 'O operated by the victim Ma on the city of Busan on February 17, 2014, even if there was no money from the victim Ma, and thus, he was provided with alcohol and alcohol from the victim.
