[Criminal Justice] On April 25, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for robbery and rape in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on April 25, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on October 27, 2017.

C On April 12, 2018, the Daejeon District Court was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for special larceny in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court, and was released on February 28, 2019 from the parole on May 1, 2019 during the execution of the sentence.
【Criminal Facts】
The Defendants, as an agent of the “G” in the Siljin E-Ba F, have gradually decreased profits, caused financial difficulties due to insufficient living costs, etc., the Defendants conspired to forge the 50,000 won of the Bank of Korea issuance using a local reproduction machine and to use them in purchasing goods at the market, etc.
1. The Defendants, at around 10:00 on July 10, 2019, committed as if they were to pay the value of the goods by justifiable means in the “J” operated by the victim I in the Chungcheongnam-nam Budget-gun, and purchased 2-A tobacco equivalent to KRW 10,000 at the market price from the victim, and issued 50,000,000,000,000 won as if they were actually issued as if they were to be genuinely issued, and received 40,000,000,000 won from the victim.
