Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 900,000.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was elected from around 1996 to around 2002 as the auditor of the Agricultural Cooperative, the director of the same agricultural cooperative from around 2005 to around 2009, and the representative of the same agricultural cooperative from around 2013 to around 2014, and was elected as the candidate for the head of the agricultural cooperative in the first simultaneous election of the head of the national cooperative, which was implemented on March 11, 2015.
