A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 31, 2013, the Defendant retired from office as a regular member by the FF Agricultural Cooperative in Kim Jong-si on December 31, 2013, and the Defendant intended to become a candidate for the president of the FF Agricultural Cooperative in the first election of the head of the FF Agricultural Cooperative in March 11, 2015, scheduled to take effect on March 11,

No one shall offer, express an intention to offer, or promise to offer money, goods, entertainment, or other property benefits to an elector or a person eligible to be recorded in the electoral registry or to his/her family members, etc. for an election campaign.

In addition, an election campaign cannot be carried out unless there is an election campaign period (from February 26, 2015 to March 10), and no one who is eligible to enter in the electoral registry or electoral registry is allowed to visit each unit for the election campaign.

1. From July 2014 to August 1, 2014, the Defendant found Kim Jong-si, who was entitled to enter in the electoral register, and asked G to the effect that “I want to see the election of the head of the association, I will well request it.”

In addition, from August 25, 2014 to March 30 of the same month, the Defendant provided 242 members of the FFFF No. 1 listed in the annexed Table 1, which was aware of the Defendant’s plan to close the election of the president of the association, with a total of KRW 10,890,000, and provided the members with phone calls, and claimed for one’s support directly or indirectly, before the election campaign period.

2. A member of the F Agricultural Cooperative, who is eligible to enter on the electoral register around August 22, 2014, in the invitation for purchase and understanding, door-to-door visits, and the Defendant’s prior election campaign.
