A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Although the validity of the driver’s license was suspended from July 17, 2015 to October 04, 2015, the Defendant driving a 700-meter B M& car at a university located in the Tae-dong, Daegu-gu, Tae-dong, Daegu-gu, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.120% from July 28, 2015.

2. On July 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) performed a drinking test at the Daegu Gangseo-gu Police Station located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and (b) took a test of alcohol and was punished for driving without a license; (b) took the c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’ in the driver’s name column of the report on detection of the driver’s c’s c’s c’ and the driver’s c’s c’s c’s c’ in the driver’s name column of the report on detection of the driver’s c’s c’s c’s c’s c’; and

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising a certificate of fact, forged the report on detection of the original driver, the statement of the circumstances of the original driver, and the three parts of the voluntary consent form.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 2, exercised the falsified driver detection report, the circumstantial statement report of the host driver, and the voluntary consent form as if the document was duly formed, respectively, to D, who was aware of the forgery at the time and place specified in Paragraph 2.
