A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from June 2013 to September 9, 2016, is a person who operated a travel agency with the trade name “C” in the territory of the Republic of the Philippines, in the territory of the Republic of Korea.

From December 2013, the Defendant, while operating the said travel company, advertisedd with D’s “D” on the domestic website from around December 2013, and, when the Defendant asked the customers in Korea related to the “YY” of the term “F” tour containing golf, commercial sex acts, and casino gambling courses, the Defendant used the text message to provide customers with the “F” group, with a photograph and protocol, etc. of the 20 Switzerland sexual traffic women who work in the said group, and sent them to the said group, the Defendant was willing to enter into the said golf travel contract including commercial sex acts, and to arrange commercial sex acts by receiving 450,000 won per customer at the price of commercial sex acts.

On February 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) decided to arrange for “Ecogm” 10 to mean a woman engaging in sexual traffic in the Philippines using the foregoing method; (b) received down payment of 50,000 won in his/her own account (Account Number H); (c) on March 26, 2015, 11 persons, including G, arrive at an airport in the Republic of the Philippines; (d) on board a passenger vehicle and moved to an IB, and received 15,000 dollars of the remainder of travel expenses, including the payment for sexual traffic, and (e) around March 27, 2015, introduced the instant sexual traffic among women in the Republic of Korea, as described above, to arrange for sexual traffic in attached Form 29, from January 6, 2015 to May 31, 2016.
