A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 3, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million to a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in Daegu District Court racing support; on April 1, 2009, a summary order of KRW 3 million was issued to the Ulsan District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act; on February 6, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 1 year for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in Daegu District Court racing support on at least two occasions. On January 11, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act without obtaining a driver’s license for a violation of the Road Traffic Act from around 80 meters to the road in front of the Yongdong-dong, Seodong-dong, Daegu District Court at around 11:47, 2015.
